How long will my order take?
Processing can take 2-5 days once the order is received. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping time is 10–14 days after order processing is complete. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with your subject reasonably close to the camera print best. The larger the original file, the better the finished magnet will look.
Can I use photos taken with my phone?
Yes. Most modern phone photos print beautifully. Send the original file rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media whenever possible.
Can every magnet have a different photo?
Yes. Upload one photo per magnet and note any pairing details in your order notes.
What happens if my photo isn't high enough quality?
You'll see a friendly notice at upload if a photo may be too small for the best print quality. You can continue anyway or choose a different photo — nothing is rejected automatically.
Will zooming or cropping affect my magnet's print quality?
When positioning your photo, avoid excessive zooming—especially zooming in—as enlarging a small portion of the image can make the finished magnet appear blurry or grainy. For the best result, upload the original, highest-resolution photo available and carefully review the crop before submitting your order.
Can I place a large order for a wedding or event?
Absolutely. Send the details through the Custom Orders page and you'll receive a personal reply.
What if I have a special request?

What size magnets do you offer?
Right now our magnets are 3.5" x 2.5". More size options are coming soon.
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files from iPhones are accepted.
