1. Order Processing

Custom magnet orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

If you need expedited shipping or delivery by a specific date, please email us at tina.yesterdayandalways@gmail.com before placing your order.

Expedited shipping and requested delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.

2. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping time is 10–14 days after order processing is complete. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, if tracking is available. A single order may be shipped in multiple packages. If so, all available tracking numbers will be provided.

If you need to update your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information can only be changed before the order ships.
